The site (which I just checked out) is asking for such things, it even has a detailed description of timeline and percentage required. They have a big site of Japanese (and other) Hentai and Anime, which I would personally recommend. I do not ask anything for this vid, but if one would feel inclined, that is the place I would ask such credit to creators to go. It's a large site and they did great work and deserve it, not I.
